I order online and the process is smooth. I am very sad that the original patterns were destroyed in the fire. I treasure my old pieces and wish I could gift my children and grandchildren some of the old designs. I have been collecting WAF items since the 1970s. Love them.

This is the first time I have ordered. Very happy with the product and speedy delivery.

Love the product But you sent it to me instead of the married couple. Now I have to buy brown paper, and go to the post office and pay to ship it and it is going to be late. Very disappointed!!

I was looking for a gift unique to Pennsylvania and the United states to give as a gift to my daughter in laws mother who was visiting from Japan. This was the perfect gift for her. I bought her the coaster of Pittsburgh with all the bridges around the edge, and a walnut stand for it. We grow walnut trees in our yard in PA. Then I bought her a small plate for her nightstand that says "Family is the greatest Blessing." I told her that now she is a part of our family and part of our blessing. The craftmanship is wonderful. The size is perfect. The engraving was wonderful. She was very pleased with her gift.

Shipping was SIGNIFICANTLY delayed without any explanation or estimated ship date given. Thankfully these were Christmas gifts purchased months in advance. If it was down to the last minute, these ornaments wouldn't have been delivered on time. Trying to contact customer service for an update was like trying to find a needle in a haystack--they don't answer their phones and they don't return emails. Finally I got ahold of someone at the Grove City store and miraculously my order shipped the next day. Terrible customer service--I have ordered for years, but something has changed significantly as I have never witnessed such disregard for customers before.

The gift of Buffalo Bills glasses arrived in a beautiful box that my son will cherish for years!

Ordered a gift for my 10th anniversary in 2022 but received the ornament with 2021 imprinted on the back.
Hopefully in 30 years my husband and I will remember that it was a 10th anniversary gift and not a 9th.
The product description did not indicate that 2021 would be imprinted on the back.

It’s a great product (and I’ve made a few purchases from here) but I was very disappointed to see them do a campaign event & make a product for a candidate that subscribes to hate, anti-Semitic, and anti-democratic views. Sadly as a a daughter of someone who is a proud veteran and had Jewish family members I can no longer purchase from them in good faith if that is who they support. If they had made a product or held an event for both candidates then the argument of neutrality would have held water.

The products are lovely and well made. Customer service is exceptional. Fast shipping

Melanie and I have our own wedding plate from Wendell August Forge and thought it would be a nice gift for the upcoming wedding of our son and soon to be daughter in law. Thank you for an excellent design and perfect engraving. We are looking to giving it to them in a couple of weeks.
